Colorado's own gourmet and specialty mustards! We currently offer three different all natural, gluten-free products: Mom's Mustard, Zazzy Lime and Twice Bitten. All of our ingredients come from local farms or are high end ingredients manufactured in the U.S. Nothing is compromised; only the best is good enough for Anija's Mustard. Our gluten free mustards are cooked in small volumes, packed by hand and make the perfect mustard gifts. Our goal is to maintain the quality of the homemade style product, and offer our customers a new experience called "Gourmet Condiment." Mom's Mustard is an award-winning sweet-hot mustard that truly completes the flavor of foods such as sausages, burgers, grilled fish, salad dressings, cooked or baked ham.

Zazzy Lime, a sweet-hot lime mustard without vinager surprises with its tangy taste. A wonderful add-on for cheese sandwiches, fish, salad dressing, poultry. Use as a dip on a cheese platter, or spread on fish tacos. Heavenly good!

Twice Bitten for pepper lovers - with its blend of multiple peppers we created a product that not only kicks but also tastes pepper. Chipotle and paprika peppers together with mustard heat make this product an excellent condiment for burgers and bratwursts. Use it to cook your own spicy chicken, appetizing shrimp or deviled egg dishes!
