Using J-Burger is simple:
1. Mix J-Burger into ground meat (approx. 1 tablespoon per serving)
2. Shape meat into burger patties, meatloaf, or meatballs
3. Cook.
J-Burger has also been used as a dip, a pasta sauce, marinade, burger topping, mixed into chili . . . and more possibilities are waiting to be discovered.
J-Burger Ingredients
The base ingredients of J Burger include garlic, rosemary, worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Currently, August Kitchen produces 2 types of J-Burger Seasoning: Original Onion Seasoning gives ground meat a moist flavorful taste, highlighted by the worcestershire. The onions provide a sweet flavor, but are cut small enough that their texture isn’t a distraction. Chipolte Onion gives the ground meat an additional smokey chipotle flavor — with a very mild kick at the finish.

You got to try it!
A diligent shopper can find J-Burger in select retail stores throughout New York and New Jersey, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maryland, Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as some various outposts in Ohio, Texas, Virginia, and British Columbia. The easiest way to find J-Burger spices online, however, is right here at Fooducopia.
Cooking Tips:
J-burger has a consistency similar to salsa, which adds a little more liquid to your ground meat. This could affect cooking times. On your maiden J-Burger voyage, test your ground meat for doneness a couple minutes sooner than you would normally.
