Time flies when your having fun—and for Fooducopia that is something to celebrate!
Seven years ago Fooducopia owner Tim Lymberopoulos sat in my living room and spoke about all his visions of the restaurant. Ideas, plans, and dreams were all put on pieces of scratch paper. Fast forward to the present. Those ideas, dreams and plans scribbled on those scratches of paper are now etched inside the walls of Fooducopia Restaurant at 1939 E. Kentucky Ave., in Denver.
“People will always be hungry for food,” owner Tim Lymberopoulos said, who is passionate to provide a healthy restaurant in Denver. “But they are also hungry for community and that truly makes me happy to see them get that here at the restaurant.”
Fooducopia opened its doors September 2012. So with its humble beginnings, Executive Chef Richard Glover offered customers a menu that was and always will be fresh, locally sourced, organic and the finest ingredients.
“It means the world to me that we can use local,” said Chef Richard. “The truth is you can taste the difference.”
Heralded as Wash Park’s “hidden gem” by patrons, Fooducopia, the healthy restaurant in Denver, is passionate about community.
“One of my favorite shows growing up was Cheers,” said Lymberopoulos. “I loved the camraderie felt amongst the characters in the show.”
So it comes as no surprise that Fooducopia is a place where everyone knows your name. Lymberopoulos welcomes it and promotes it as much as he can.
Birthday Celebration on 09/21/2019
“We’re having a Cook Out to say thanks to all our customers, vendors, past and present staff. We could not celebrate 7 years without them,” Lymberopoulos said.
Fooducopia will host a birthday celebration on September 21 from 2:30-4:30 pm at 1939 E. Kentucky Avenue. Come and enjoy free food, games and fun. So be sure to mark your calendars and don’t be surprised if everyone knows your name!
