A home cooking journal

Food I actually cook at home.

Seasonal recipes, slow weekend bakes, and the notes I scribble in the margins so the next batch comes out better. The food here is the stuff that survives a busy Tuesday.

Welcome to Fooducopia

Fooducopia started as a place to keep the meals my family actually asks for again. The ones that survive a hectic week and a picky eater or two.

Every recipe gets cooked in a normal kitchen with ingredients you can find at a normal shop. If something is fussy or needs a gadget you'll use once and then shove in a drawer, it doesn't make the cut.

Pull up a chair. There's usually something in the oven.
