New Spring Dinner Menu
Fooducopia restaurant—the place to enjoy good honest food in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood is excited to announce its new dinner menu for Spring. Ranging from $6 to $15, Fooducopia’s small plates are a great way of sampling a variety of dishes expertly crafted by Executive Chef Richard Glover. Diners can sample a variety of veggie, meat and seafood small plates.
Chef Richard welcomes the arrival of Spring with a menu that boasts color, flavor and creative thinking. A peek inside the small plates menu includes a quail egg-in-a-hole, brioche, smoked pork belly, arugula pistou, lemon jam, with smoked tomato aioli. Another small plate option is the wildly creative poke nachos, featuring yellowfin ahi tuna, wonton chips, marinated cucumbers, scallions, seaweed salad, avocado crema, Sriracha mayo. Guest also have the choice of an entree selection such as the bison filet, roasted garlic parmesan rosti, caramelized onion bacon jam, grilled asparagus, tarragon bearnaise.
