Meet Fooducopia Team

Stacy Wriston

Title: I didn't know we had any. Ha.

Favorite Food: Sushi without a question, but due to recent (and tragic) food allergy, I must default to my second favorite, which is Indian food.

Your perfect day off would include: A sunny day in Napa on a bike. (The bike must have a basket to hold my purchases.) Then dinner at my favorite French restaurant called Martini House (although I was told it recently closed - tragic again.) They serve squab which I found out after I finished it meant pigeon. =-)

Your least favorite chore is: Laundry - it's daunting.

What would you do with 45 minutes of free time? Write a blog post. =-)

What's your favorite outdoor activity? Sailing, which was just introduced to me about a year ago.

First thing you bought with your own money: Pretty sure it was clothes, but don't really recall to be honest.

Favorite sitcom growing up: Three's Company

The best part of waking up is: My morning coffee!

Jessica Lymberopoulos

Title at Fooducopia: Blog Editor, and to my dismay, I'm also called "The Chief"

Favorite food: Quinoa Salad with Black Beans & Mango (Go ahead and double the recipe.)

Your perfect day off would include: Coffee, my husband Kyle, crisp fall weather, the Hiwassee River in Tennessee, a bonfire

Your least favorite chore is: Scrubbing dishes (no dishwasher here) and ironing clothes

First thing you bought with your own money: Fruit Stripe gum from the drug store. The free stick-on tattoos sealed the deal ;)

Favorite sitcom growing up: Family Matters -- "Did I do that???"

The best part of waking up is: Getting out of bed with the early morning sun coming through my window. Then, good conversation over coffee.

Title at Fooducopia: I have no idea, but a few things that comes to mind are, go-fer (go for this, go for that), sucker, trouble maker, ok so enough of that. I still have no idea. How about Resident Executive Chef?

Favorite food: Such a hard one. I love anything that is honest. Honest food is being true to a culture or a region. Or the preparation and handling of the item is done with grace and knowledge and skill. Honest food. I can go into more detail if you need me to.

Your perfect day off would include: One of two things. First to go skiing! Nothing better. Second would be cooking an amazing meal for friends.

Your least favorite chore is: Laundry. Nothing worse!

What would you do with 45 minutes of free time? Cook. Get into the kitchen. Find something amazing and have fun.

What's your favorite outdoor activity? Skiing. Above all skiing. A very close second is downhill mountain biking.

First thing you bought with your own money: This is a funny thing. The first real thing I ever bought were shotgun shells for my 12 gauge. I was eight. I was going rabbit hunting. Another big purchase when I was seven was a dirt bike. I worked for a year to save up a third of the price for the dirt bike. Parents covered the rest.

Favorite sitcom growing up: Hmmmm. Air Wolf, A-Team.

The best part of waking up is: Is not getting out of bed. I am joking. The best part of waking up is coffee. I get my coffee directly from Hawaii. It is amazing. Puts a smile on my face. Finding something that you just love, can't live without is great. For me that's amazing coffee!!

Title at Fooducopia: The Dreamer

Favorite food: As much as I like Greek, Italian, and Thai food, my favorite is good ol' American food. A seared steak to lock in the juices, cooked medium, topped with some mushrooms, etc. On the side, the classics -- garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, and for dessert some cheese cake.

Your perfect day off would include: Mountains -- skiing or mountain biking depending on season. Friends -- telling stories of the adventures of the day. Food -- they say hunger is the best chef and skiing or mountain biking definitely will work up an appetite. Libations -- to celebrate the day. (Also to enhance the stories.)

Your least favorite chore is: Cleaning the bathtub.

What's your favorite outdoor activity? Flapping my arms wildly in hopes of scaring off bees. It doesn't work, but people tell me it's fun to watch. After that, I'd have to say tending to my garden.

First thing you bought with your own money: I saved up months of babysitting money and bought a new stereo, complete with AM/FM radio, turntable and cassette player (darn…I'm really dating myself).

Favorite sitcom growing up: Family Ties. I was going to marry Alex P. Keaton.

Your perfect day off would include: A cool autumn day drinking hot coffee in a sun beam looking at the mountains. Then working on my electronics projects and learning new things the rest of the day.

What's your favorite outdoor activity? Day to day: Mountain Biking. Special Occasions: Sky Diving.

Favorite sitcom growing up: Frasier

The best part of waking up is: Waking up my puppy. Since she's always happy, she really helps me start my day off with a smile.
